Hey, loving the blog!
Just wondering... When you post a photo that is all burnt and old... how do you get the pictures to look like that?
hi, the polaroids which look kind of “burnt” and aged are actually fairly new film, but they are imperfect stock from the Impossible Project, which makes new instant film to be used in older Polaroid cameras. I didn’t do anything additional to them, they just have a unique look right out of the camera.
Thanks for answering my plea for help.
The pack is brand new. You think it could have died already? I tried taking the photo without the flash bar and the same problem occurs. You don't think it may be a problem with the camera itself?
hi bel, it’s possible that the camera is faulty — hard to be sure if you don’t have another to test it with. the batteries IP sells with their film are generally very reliable but it’s always possible one could quit — if you’re able to stop by the store and ask them they may be able to provide an alternate battery pack or maybe try the film in another camera. i’m sure someone would help especially since it’s a new product you bought from them. hope it goes ok!
